Toyota ERM 2014
An engaging and captivating film was required to bring to life the future vision of Toyota through the launch of its new car models at the Toyota European Retailers meeting in Berlin.
A multi-screen experience with each section choreographed and supported by a unique set of screen movements to match the vehicles on stage. The focus of content for was to emphasise the functional benefits of the various future models, highlighting new key features.
We closely collaborated with a creative team at Jack Morton to create 8 unique sequences to reveal Toyota's new product line.
The stage was made up of 16 double-sided horizontal and vertical moving projection screens that were mapped in 3D, using CT and Photons projection system along a 72 metre catwalk. We created CG assets and motion graphic sequences, compositing them back in to the huge moving canvas. This consisted of two opposing 55m wide spaces, populated by 16 double-sided screens. Content was designed and directed for 8 reveal sections, tracked with and matched all screen movements.
