Why
Msheireb Properties needed to create an emotional and engaging film to bring the Msheireb Downtown development in Doha alive and attract stakeholders to buy/invest without being able to ‘experience’ the destination.
What
A 6 Minute Film - 1920 x 1080 HD – conveying a desired lifestyle and a realistic sense of destination to enable Msheireb sell its properties prior to construction/completion.
How
We collaborated intensively with the architects and planners to work up detailed models and details of the development. We subsequently shot characters in Alchemy's studio in Dubai along with live action shots on the streets of Dubai. Finally, the entire projects was modeled, composited, rendered and graded in house at our studio in London.
