This commercial building on Sydney’s waterfront was bought by Blackstone to significantly increase shareholder value. Blackstone partnered with Brash to position the brand for greatness, realizing its potential to become Australia’s first-ever super-prime residential and retail address.
A 2 minute Brand Film – 1920x1080 HD - that captures the very essence of the brand’s prestigious lifestyle aspirations and the possibilities of this new super prime development. It portrays Sydney as a world class destination with the brand ‘No 1 Sydney’ as a ‘must have’ and most desired UHNWs destination. The film has proven to be an effective and key selling instrument used at the Sales Centers, conveying a compelling lifestyle brand that is greater than its destination.
We shot on location to create a natural yet aspiring lifestyle and developed sequences in CG to show the incredible possibilities of this unique property and its incredible location. In addition we created a bespoke soundtrack to accompany and support the film to optimize its impact.
